Maybe are you looking for a charming guest-room near Bergerac and in a quiet and rural setting.

Les Ocres, our biggest guest room in ground floor of our typical Périgord house, may be yours.

You will be seduced by its 16th century tiles floor and its yellow pigments coloured walls.

On one level, at the West side of the guest house, its private entrance leads out to a small front terrace with views on the Pécharmant vineyard.

Its two windows with shutters look out over the park and the shared swimming pool.

Another door leads to an ensuite shower-room. Its king size bed is extremely confortable. No doubt you will enjoy a good night of rest.

An extra single bed is available for a 3 rd guest.

BREAKFASTS

Original jams and cakes with just the right amount of sugar prepared by Claire, Cabecou from our cheese producer in Saint Agne, bread baked overnight by our baker in Queyssac.

Every morning, as the guest house wakes up and comes to life, French crafts, local products and homemade products are given the pride of place!

The small lounge – where breakfast is served from 8.30am to 9.45am – is on the south side of the house.

You will be able to admire its high ceiling, its terracotta floor and the wooden mantle of its large fireplace.

In the summer, as soon as the weather allows it, we move to the garden, precisely on the terrace facing the swimming pool.

We set up several small tables outside, or a very large one if you are a group, it is a kind of magic !

Yes, 2 car park areas are available in the property, for free, withtout reservation

No possibility of park your car near the room. It’s not a motel. You will have to walk .

IS ACCESS TO THE POOL INCLUDED ?

Yes, access to our family swimming pool is included in the price.
You can enjoy it during opening hours.
It is open from May to September and naturally heated by the Dordogne sun.
For the comfort of everyone, including our neighbors, we ask that you keep the area quiet and clean.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE ?

No, the entire property – inside and outisde – is Non smoking and Non vaping

ARE PETS / ANIMALS ACCEPTED ?

No at all

WHAT IS THE ROOM CAPACITY ?

1 to 3 guest, whatever the age.
